Within easy access to Pisa airport, this beautiful farmhouse lies in the verdant Tuscan gem of Montenero d'Orcia, within walking distance of the refreshing shallows of River Orcia and hot springs of Bagno Vignoni, Petriolo and Saturnia. Just over the river are the world famous vineyards that produce the Brunello wine, an ideal setting for to develop your sense of tranquillity and creativity.
Just over an hour’s drive to the west are the excellent coastal beaches that look across to the isle of Elba as well as the rocky coves around Castiglione della Pescaia and the magnificent Maremma National Park. In the 5 acre grounds of the farmhouse you will also find beautiful Mediterranean gardens, olive groves and a swimming pool.
Here, you can choose to learn either photography or enjoy Pilates sessions as both are taught from this wonderful location.
Your talented and dedicated photography tutor Michelle offers many years experience in travel and landscape photography and James is a Licentiate of the Royal Photographic Society so you will be assured excellent guidance throughout your photography holiday.
Kay’s background, the capable and experienced Pilates tutor, was based in ballet and she has been a Pilates practitioner for more than 10 years, offering a wealth of knowledge in the field so you will be assured excellent guidance through your wellness program.
Accommodation is set in wonderful self catering apartments in the lovingly restored 300 year old Tuscan farmhouse. Each self catering apartment leads out onto a terrace with outstanding views of the surrounding countryside and is fully equipped with modern kitchen diner and fitted bathrooms.
