Nearest airport:
Dalaman (2 hours away)
You could also fly to Rhodes in Greece, or Bodrum and get the daily ferry to Datça or Kormen (2 hours in both cases).
By taxi:
Datça is a 2hr scenic drive from Dalaman airport and taxis are readily available outside of the airport.
The cost is approximately £90 each way. A taxi can be pre-booked for you to collect you from the airport and the cost can be shared with other guests if there is anyone scheduled to arrive at the same time as you. To get more details, email [email protected]
By public transport:
It is possible to take a bus from Dalaman airport to Datca. You have a choice of taking the airport shuttle to Havas to Marmaris and changing there for a local bus to Datca.
Or, you can take a taxi from the airport to Dalaman bus station, catch the bus there to Marmaris and again, change there for the local bus to Datca.
Buses cost around £10 for the full journey and can take around 3 hours depending on traffic and connection times.
A taxi from Dalaman airport to the bus station costs around £10-£15.
