• 4 nights / 5 days accommodation in a double en-suite bedroom
• Singles will be allocated a double for sole occupancy where available, where not available, singles will have their own single private room with a shared bathroom
• Please note there is NO single supplements for solo travellers
• Check in on day 1 anytime after 2pm and check out on day 5 by 11am
• Breakfast and a light lunch daily
• Dinner daily taken either in a local restaurant with the group or at the artists home
• Painting tuition for 3 days from artist David
• Painting tuition runs from 9am to 1pm and again after lunch from 2.30pm to 5.30pm (Note: there are no painting lessons on Saturdays)
• Painting equipment to use during your course – easels, drawing boards, lightweight folding chairs, basic materials (please bring with you your favourite medium, brushes, pencils, sketchpad and if you are working in watercolour and pad of gummed-edge good quality paper)
• Any transport to and from painting locations (although most are within walking distance)

Location overview

Stay in pretty French house in the unspoilt French town of Lodève in the heart of the Languedoc region in Southern France. Your hosts, artist David and his wife Sally welcome you to their home and artist studio which is set just on the outskirts of the town and boasts a lovely garden that leads directly to the river Soulondre
