• 5 morning surf lessons lasting 2 hours each
• Surf lessons take place between Monday and Friday (the exact time and days of your lessons will vary depending on the tides and the best surf available)
• 2 afternoon 1.5-2 hour surf practice sessions (the exact days and times will be confirmed on arrival)
• Surf board and wetsuit during your lessons
• A CD with pictures of you surfing from the week (note: a specialist surf photographer will take pictures of you 1-2 times during the week with your permission)
• 3 yoga lessons (the exact times and days will be confirmed on arrival)
• Please note- additional practice sessions can be added onto your booking on the first page of the booking wizard, please see 'costing and extras' tab for details
• We recommend guests to arrive on the Sunday before the course takes places and if departing on a Friday, ideally leaving Friday evening or even Saturday evening as surf lessons might take place on Friday afternoon or possibly Saturday
