I have had the most relaxing and wonderful week. La Rejana is absolutely beautiful and our hosts made us feel so welcome. The yoga sessions were superb and informative- Mirka challenged us and there was a real sense of continuity and progression throughout the week. The home-cooked food was wonderful, fresh and imaginative, and it was lovely to have the option to go on trips to nearby Nerja and Frigiliana or stay and read by the pool. I would thoroughly recommend this holiday to anyone in need of R&R!!

The staff and location were really nice, more than worth the travel and investment. A tiny regret about lessons that tend to be all the same, no real fantasy or discovery here. The chef was excellent and really creatiev!
