The yoga retreat is just 50 minutes’ drive from Malaga airport near to pueblo blancos bursting with Spanish street life, ideal for sitting outside enjoying warm summer evenings with the world going by. Historic Frigiliana is also close by with its narrow cobbled streets as are the wide sandy beaches of Nerja, bustling with nightlife just 20 minutes away.
With 26 years of yoga experience, Mirka is a talented and accommodating host as well as an excellent yoga teacher, focussing on individuals and using her wealth of knowledge to ensure you gain the most from your yoga holiday. She creates the perfect balance between yoga practice and time to enjoy these beautiful surroundings, leaving you relaxed, restored and revived.
The retreat is a true oasis of tranquillity with four traditional Spanish rooms which can sleep up to nine, a lovely swimming pool, lounge, terraces and gardens. The yoga studio is beautifully spacious with a wooden floor and sunroof. The extensive terrace is perfect place for your outdoor yoga practice or to sit and relax with a cool drink under the shade of the trees.
