It was a real treat to return to Chalet Amuse Bouche and spend some more time with Steve and Lindsay at their fabulous cooking school in Morzine. My first visit was last year and after such an enjoyable experience I decided to return again this year and I was very pleased that I did. We tried some new recipes these year and expanded on skills and things that we learned in the first year and once again thoroughly enjoyed everything that we did. The highlight of which was filleting a huge fresh salmon which I did not think I would be able to do, but with the help and encouragement of Steve and Lindsay I managed to do and was rather proud of my achievement. Once again, wonderful food and tuition, first class accommodation and a beautiful spot. So lovely to see Steve and Lindsay again - it was like visiting old friends - a great deal of thought goes into the prep for all guests. The weekend was rounded off with a stop at Yvoire on the way back to Geneva airport with Steve.

Had a wonderful cookery school break in Morzine - everything about the course was first class and would thoroughly recommend this to others. Beautiful peaceful and tranquil location and luxurious accommodation. Steve and Lindsay who run the course were brilliant hosts and teachers/tutors and very welcoming. We cooked a variety of different meals and dishes and took away lots of new skills, recipes, tips etc. Everything fantastic!

Highly recommended weekend. Accommodation is pure luxury and Steve and Lindsay have a lovely understanding way of teaching. Anyone who takes you through bread making and french macaroons and you get a result first time, is a genius! Superb.
