With over 30 years experience as a professional Chef with time spent at both one and three star Michelin restaurants and 10 years teaching at a renowned Lyon cooking school, Chef Jean-Marc has exceptional knowledge and loves nothing better than teaching visitors to Lyon to cook amazing French dishes in a fun and friendly environment.
Champagne au Mont d’Or is a suburb of Lyon and here you’ll find Chef Jean-Marc’s home that he shares with his wife Alice. Jean-Marc has built a well equipped professional kitchen in the beautiful garden of his townhouse with a wonderful outdoor terrace, perfect for alfresco dining after your cooking lesson.
In a fun and informal setting you will learn to cook delicious French recipes using fresh, local ingredients that will take you on not only a culinary journey but also a cultural one.
