Ice Cream Making Class Start Days and Schedule
- Gelato courses run on selected dates throughout the year
- Courses run for 3 days and you’ll have between 2-3 hours of tuition per day
- Courses do not operate on weekends but can start on any day Monday – Friday

What Will I Learn?
- To start with, you’ll learn all about the ingredients essential for making the perfect gelato
- Then its onto using the ice cream making machines and learning the techniques needed to create your own unique flavours
- Your chef will show you how to operate the machines
- You’ll also learn to make sorbets, semifreddo cakes and mousses as well as making dairy free desserts
- If your aim is to set up your own ice cream making business, throughout the three days you’ll learn the basic tricks of the trade so that you can pursue your dream back home
-This course can't promise to turn you into a gelato maestro, though it does offer you the fundamentals of making your own ice cream
