• Visit to the jamon museum (entrance fee included)
• Iberian ham and air cured sausage carving and tasting
• Visit to a local butcher and optional visit to an abattoir

• There are NO single supplements for solo travellers joining an existing group, and you will have your own private ensuite double room
• Compulsory single supplements apply to your booking if there are no other guests confirmed on the course
• Please note: Should you book onto a course with no other confirmed guests and pay the compulsory single supplement, should another guest confirm their place on the course you will not have to pay the single supplement, and your remaining balance will be reduced accordingly
• Arrival by 12 noon on day 1, flexible check out on day 4
• Free return transfers from Aracena bus station to your accommodation in Alajar if you arrive by bus
• Please note that if a group of 5 to 8 people would like to book all together the transport for the whole break from Seville airport, transfers during the course and the return transfer to Seville airport would be included in the price
