Spending over $500 on this course was a bit too much for two people. We didn't receive a full cooking course and if I was truly interested in enhancing my cooking skills, I would be sorely disappointed. However, Christian was informative and friendly

It is not just a cooking class, it is an amazing day and a gift to see the country, it's livelihood and meet one of the nicest chef's and his wife....We learned more about history, food and the countryside than we thought possible... Would highly recommend this class
