Spend your evenings staying in a top of range, luxury apartment complex, surrounded by aromatic orange groves and, located just minutes away from Ibiza’s glorious golden coastline. If you want to get closer to marine life, Ibiza offers a host of dive schools and boat charter excursions for all abilities, while shopaholics who prefer to stay on dry land will find a range of retail outlets to satisfy, from high-end boutiques in San Antonio to independents in Santa Eulalia and any amount of local markets.
The bootcamp sessions are led by trained military professionals and all instructors are ex-service men from either the British Army, Royal Navy or Royal Marines so are highly experienced. But fear not, the school prides itself on its formula of combining exercise with humour to achieve results in a fun and motivational style!
Activities will be predominately team-oriented with the program particularly focusing on core strength training and hiking. All exercises will take place in the open air, whatever the weather, and will be conducted in public places such as the beach, in full view of potential onlookers.
There is a maximum class size of 10 people at the retreat which allows each participant to have personal attention from the trainers and really get the most out of the week. Each twelve-hour day is carefully planned to maximise every minute, with a typical itinerary beginning at 7am, and ending with a 7pm dinner, with a breaks in-between for lunch and rest.
Bootcamp guests are given the evenings off and what better way to reward yourself for all your exercising efforts than with a relaxing massage or pampering treatment. The islands best beauticians will be at your disposal whether you choose to take a treatment in the privacy of your own room or in the luxury of the Atzaro Boutique Hotel & Spa. Should you choose to do so, all treatments are non-inclusive and subject to additional charges.
Stay in a beautiful luxury apartment with 7 double bedrooms with Wi-Fi and shared or ensuite bathrooms, and enjoy meals with your fellow guests at the apartment complex. Food is locally sources where possible and is focused on healthy but delicious food to ensure you get the most out of your bootcamp experience.
Also included is a complimentary yoga class which will take place either in the grounds of the apartment or off-site on the terrace of the Atzaro temple to relax and invigorate.
This retreat is great for solo travelers as you can choose to either share a room with another bootcamp guest of the same gender or pay a single supplement to have your own private room.
