How selection works

Ifrane has a direct equestrian proposition, but a route and a horse do not prove instruction or welfare. The learner and the animal both need an explicit safety system.

What makes it a lesson

The instructor should assess the rider, match the horse, teach groundwork or controls, supervise practice, correct technique and set route limits. Beginners need a protected progression before leaving the controlled area.

Welfare and safety evidence

  • Responsible business, horse owner and handler
  • Instructor credential and emergency competence
  • Horse workload, body and hoof condition
  • Rider age, experience, weight and ability limits
  • Tack, bit, fit and pre-ride checks
  • Rest, water, feed, shade and weather limits
  • Exact route, surface, traffic and turnaround
  • Injury response, veterinary access and insurance
  • Helmet and other protective equipment
  • Explicit alcohol-free route and inclusions

Return to Ifrane, compare a non-riding walking route, or review insurance questions.
