Arabic calligraphy workshops in Tetouan

A calligraphy workshop should teach how a line is made, not only help a visitor copy a decorative word. Tetouan has two direct workshop leads; both still need current teacher and fulfilment checks.

From qalam to corrected line

Ask which script or introductory letterform is taught, whether the teacher explains the qalam angle, and how proportions or joins are corrected. A beginner outcome can be a practice sheet and one carefully repeated form. It should not claim mastery of a script tradition.

Arabic language ability may enrich the lesson but is not automatically required. The teacher should explain meaning, direction and respectful use of text, especially when words may be placed on objects.
