Village cooking classes in the Atlas Mountains

A regional cooking class must name its actual village. “Atlas Mountains” cannot hide whether the kitchen is in Ouirgane, Asni, Tahanout, Imlil or somewhere else.

The learner should choose ingredients, perform meaningful preparation, hear why the method works, receive correction, adjust an attempt and retain a recipe or substitution note.
